damon Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 https://techinfo.toyota.com/index Looks like it might have great info, but spendy. Anyone used it? Looks like there is a coupon available to "try it out". How can I get it?
LinuxFan Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 Never heard of it... Maybe Toyota will give you one of those coupons. Why don't you check it out and let us know what you think after a month or so?:-)
larryp Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 It's great. :D You can buy a one day subscription for $10 and download everything you need. It's the Lexus service manual. Excellent information about repairing everything and diagnosing problems.

Lexusfreak Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 Intresting site, too bad it's not for all of North American Toyota products. :(

How does $1 a page sound? Gotta do something to recover that huge investment.
Lexls Posted April 8, 2005 Posted April 8, 2005 I've been trying to tell people of this for years now: http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/intro/repairmanual.html It's info straight from the source and ten bucks is a great deal....you just have to spend several hours downloading. You can get ALL the info on your car there if you want. Try it, you'll like it <_< .
nc211 Posted April 8, 2005 Posted April 8, 2005 Listen to lexls, he's absolutely correct, I did. It takes a while to get everything down loaded, as it's in pieces. It also takes a while to get it organized. I got it all, printed it all on the office printer "after hours of course :whistles: " and organized 4 large 3 ring binders with tabs like "steering, suspension, etc...." You get the whole enitire manual for $10 and a few hours.
