Janapese Language Package Download Request ? Why

I have been getting a Japanese language package download request evey time I come over here. You know, as if this is a Japanese website. No real problem, just curious as to why.

It's probably because of some of the ads that have japanese on it. Like www.plan-japan.org. you don't need to download them since the bulk of the information you need is in english, in the threads.

Their is a google banner for yahoo i think with lots of "kanji".

I have japanese text on mine already so i never see the prompt from windows to download the additional fonts and scripts
