I decided to do something about it and went to a local window tint shop to ask about getting the car done. My plan is to get 20% on the back and quarter panels, and 35% on the doors. What do you guys think about tinting the windows on an SC300? Do you think im making the right choice for tint darkness? Should I tint the moon roof? UCF3 Posted June 13, 2003 Share Posted June 13, 2003 I'd recommend a silver-black tint. Since your car is silver, it might be kind of interesting to look at. I will warn you, if you put tint on your up/down windows, the motor will be under extra pressure to lift the glass up. The tint tends to resist.
