radon Posted June 10, 2003 Share Posted June 10, 2003 I am planning to buy a '92 ES300 with 89K miles on it for $6000. The car has been well kept. I got it checked from the Toyota dealer, they did not find any problems with it. I was just wanted to know if the '92 model is know to give a lot of problems? I have a '90 mustang right now and it keeps requiring repair all the time. Don't want to buy another car that buggs me that much. Is 6000 is a good price for the car? Any help is appreciated. steviej Posted June 11, 2003 Share Posted June 11, 2003 run the numbers through www.kbb.com, www.vehix.com and www.edmunds.com see what they show for your area (keys off or zip code your put in), condition or the car, extras. Remeber to select resale (not trade in). steviej most definately run the VIN through www.carfax.com (this will cost you $14.95 for the official report).
