This is the after: 18" chrome Enkei LM1/5S with Toyo Proxes FZ4 235/40-18s.

(PS, how do you guys get pictures in your posts without the "download" file crap. I can't get the pic. itself, instead I always get a button to click on.)

I did this on this past Sat. I am getting used to the Proxes. They make more noise than the stock, but it corners like nobody's business. I feel the bumps more, but that was expected. I think I have to find others with low profile tires to see if I am missing something or if what I am feeling is expected.

What do you guys think of the new look?????

Hey Stevie, they look great! The only way I found to make the pictures pop onto the post is to link them on a server and use the IMG code. I use www.imagemagician.com

I'm not sure why they dont pop up, I'll talk to Matt and Steve about it.

steviej:

I have an '03 ES and I was wondering where you got the rear deck spoiler from. It looks really nice! :)

I haven't seen too many spoilers for the '02-'03 models. Did the dealer install it, and if so approximately how much $ did it cost?

skp, funny you mentioned 20s. The tire guy wanted to do that.

I thought I would look like an Audi Allroad, you know all jacked up in the air.

I think I stick with the 18's for the summer. I am getting used to the ride, it is not as soft as the stock 16s'.......but I was told to expect this. The Toyos are a little noisier.

Overall, lots of looks, and most of all, I like them.

Alan,

the spoiler was bought at and installed by my dealer. $650

BUT (there is always a but, but this is a good but)

you can get the same exact spoiler, with mounting hardware, wiring, painted in factory Lexus paint, and shipped to your house for about $300 less from www.spoilerdepot.com. That is where the dealer gets them from.

steviej

check it out.
