Abe Scott Posted August 27, 2023 Share Posted August 27, 2023 I finally finished replacing the rack and pinion on the 99 ls 400. Yesterday Saturday 26 Aug. My old rack was leaking, so after replacing it, there is no power steering. what are the possibilities? A bad rack or a bad power steering pump has anyone had this problem after replacing the rack and pinion? Please help, I don't hear the whining of the pump. Just remember that maybe it thought's.
