SKperformance Posted September 17, 2004 Posted September 17, 2004 If the lexus dealer sold the car to you then you have no problem, if another dealer did tehn go to a lawyer with your contract as well as contacting your dmv. You should have checked the car out before buying it at a lexus dealer to leave the liability on someone else.
