fobster Posted July 24, 2004 Posted July 24, 2004 Hello. I have a 93 SC that has a vanity light(visor light) that stays on even with the cars turned off. How do I fix the problem? I noticed it few hours ago. Another thing, the driver side's light hasn't worked since I got the car 4 years ago. How do you change the bulb? What kind of bulb is it? Thanks.
grnsc40095 Posted July 24, 2004 Posted July 24, 2004 Fobster,To change the bulb there is a small slit on the bottom of the plastic lens. Use a small flat head screw drive to open the plastic lens. As far as the bulb size I'm not sure(not listed in car manual)? Just take the bulb with you to the auto store and try to match with another similar bulb. Good Luck!
SKperformance Posted July 25, 2004 Posted July 25, 2004 the switch on the visor is little button that turns it off it is probably pushed in.
fobster Posted July 26, 2004 Author Posted July 26, 2004 Where is the switch? I can't seem to find it. I don't see any buttons.
gogo_sc300 Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 From what i understand there is a mercury switch that turns the light on and off. It could be broken
