redhawks2
Anyone know if the wood wheel on a '98 LS400, etc. will fit onto the '95 -'97 LS400?
Lexus.
NO it will not, it may look same but airbag module is totally different - 98+ has new-generation airbag system.

silvermate
yeah thats a good link agent gave...............also www.exoticwoodash.com they have wood pieces that snap on to the steering wheel, as well as whole kits, and you can send off your wheel and have them redo it in leather and wood. VMF
yeah it does look good in wood but is it worth the money?:)
SW03ES
It will fit, in that it will bolt up to the steering column. The problem is in the airbag like Lexus. said. If you also want to buy a 98+ airbag from an LS or LX it will fit, and the airbag dhould work.I've seen this done once. American stitches does a great job, I think its $400 or so for wood. I LOVE wood leather wheels, really spruces up the interior.
