PrecisionH23a Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 I have removed the starter from my 91 ls 400 and I am in need of new gaskets for the EGR, intake manifold, etc etc. Also, I accidentally broke the sensor you see in the picture below. It's blue and is located on the housing that goes to the upper radiator inlet. Anyone know what the exact name of that part is called? Where are some good sites online to order the gaskets from since the dealership is rediculously overpriced? Also, I would like a site with an exploded diagram of parts so you can see exactly what you need rather than just a name of a part. Thanks guys
VMF Posted July 12, 2004 Posted July 12, 2004 i would recomend you to sing up for alldatadiy.com its 25$ a year and they have explosion diagrams/ www.newlexusparts.com has good prices.
Em91 Posted July 12, 2004 Posted July 12, 2004 The name of the busted blue part is a BVSV. Sorry I dont know what the initials mean but it is a BVSV. Good luck.

jzz30 Posted July 13, 2004 Posted July 13, 2004 you cant go wrong with parts or gaskets from the dealer. so i recommend getting everything from there. your already saving like 1000 bucks in labor you can spend a bit on gaskets right?
JazyJeff13 Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 VMF Thanks for the website the part was half of the dealer. Jeff
