Taking Off The Inside Door Panel

Hey guys, apparently I am incompetant, cuz I can't seem to get off the inside door panel. Do I have to remove the map light near the bottom of the door? I can see two clips/screws near the latch area and one screw on the opposite end, but can't seem to take'er off. Do I just need to pull on it harder or what?
