cosmicfireball Posted June 8, 2004 Posted June 8, 2004 How does one mount a front license plate without drilling holes through the plastic housing...and without spending the $48 dollars for a Lexus Mount?
slidermike Posted June 8, 2004 Posted June 8, 2004 good question. I have mine in the front passanger window. I have read a post a few months ago about some one who secured it to the pasanger sun visor and could flip it down when a LEO came along or up and out of the way the rest of the time.
jondicter Posted June 14, 2004 Posted June 14, 2004 I wouldn't even worry about it uless you got a fix it ticket. My SC didn't come with a front palte and though it is illegal I never bothered to mount one.
Lexus or Die Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 yeah, dont put a license plate on the front of it, its just going to take away from the sc's style
Theodore Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 In New York city you wouldnt last a day with out the front plate on the bumper. I remember i put on those clear covers for the license plates and got a ticket the SAME day. that was a quick way to spend 40 bucks. :)
