Lexus or Die

My 92 SC400 seems to retain coolent in the resivior pretty good, but there is a small leak under the car which i cant find, it doesnt seem to be the resivior. When I drive the car it stays cold for about 5 minutes then begins to heat up and after 15/20 min. its at the red line. I'm guessing its the water pump and I wanna replace it but i dont have any instructions on how to do it, so if anyone can help me ill appriciate it, thanks.

Ive been recently looking at radio dash kits for my 92 sc400 and i came across a radio dash kit for a lexus is300, would this fit? does anyone know where i can get one that fits? Also recently my door trim broke above the speaker and the handle on the passengers side is really loose. does anyone know of n e quick and non expensive ways to get this fixed?

does anyone know how to fix the outside power mirrors because mine dont work at all ever since ive owned the car and id like to get them to work again

my tranmission slipped a few times and i noticed that the fluid was higher then its supposed to be so i think ill change it, the manual says use type t-II, where can i get this? whats the best to use?

I wanna get an aftermarket or toyota OE in dash cd player, does anyone know if n e toyota in dash cd player will fit in my car or lexus? i found a 2002-2005 Toyota Matrix 6 Disc In-Dash CD/Radio will this fit?

i got a tape stuck in my tape player, one of those tapes u can hook a .mp3 player to and it wont come out, i keep playing with it and trying to move it around, n e ideas how to remove it?

alright off the line it seemed like he jumped in front of me, and he stayed in front of me till about 50 where it changed gear B) , from that point i kept on pulling ahead of him till he was completely behind me :D , at 130 mph. i was a good 50 feet away, he said something about him having some kinda trouble with his car so he wants to race again . so ill give u all the results this comming friday because hes challenging me again. this just goes to show that the sc400 not only has class but has power and speed to go with it. this friday i know all the things i did wrong so its going to go even better. next race ill be sure to give you all more info. keep those tips comming if u got them.

my chrome on my rear wheels is like peeling off slowely, how much would it take to fix it and would i have to take off the tire of n e thing like that?

my friend with a 93 sc300 was almost in the same situation and he did the same thing and it looks great.

yeah, dont put a license plate on the front of it, its just going to take away from the sc's style

deffinatly get the carfax review. as far as repairs go for the sc400, ive never had n e problems with my sc because the engine is absolutely amazing. youll be real happy with it. repair costs for the type of vehicle it is are relativly low.

whats the fastest way to get my car off the line? power mode in second gear? overdrive off?

a few web sites claim the acura rsx-s does 0-60 in 6.8 and i can do it in 6.9, if i get a cold air intake from injen do you think i could kill him off the line and top speed?

So i've heard of this guy with a 2002 Acua RSX-S, hes always raccing people and winning. I dont think he has any modifications to his car. This past week hes been challenging me to race him, i wanna beat him really badly and show him lexus is best. Do you think my 1992 sc400 has any chance against a 2002 rsx-s?

I'm concidering sending my instrument cluster into lextech, how many of you have done this? would the blue waterfall needles look good or would buying the original thing from lexus look better? how long does it take for them to fix my cluster and when can i expect it back?

I had the same problem with my car for weeks, i was almost positive it was the tranny but for some reason today when i got new tires, it never shakes n e more. and it only shook at 3rd gear for some reason.

Does anyone know where i could go to replace the peice of wood trim past the handle around the memory seats area, or all the wood trim on the door. The wood looks likes its faded. I tired to clean the wood with various products but nothing seems to work, does anyone know of a cleaner which could help?

I used to have a Valentine One but for some reason it would slip up and sometimes id be right next to a cop when it would go off, it broke so i got a passport 8500. Never has the passport let me down, i've used many detectors before and nothing can compare to the passport.
