Whats a good make of power steering pump for RX300

So I have a 250K RX300 which is leaking (a bit) from the power steering pump. I'd like to get a decent power steering pump. Ive looked at Amazon, Ebay and a variety of "Auto" stores. Prices range from under $100 to over $300. Ive bought parts from all 3 "suppliers", so far everything has worked fine. I tend to prefer "Auto" stores, after all they only deal with cars. So any suggestions, should I only go Toyota or are there other makes to consider? New or rebuilt? There's no rush, the leak isnt major.
