Arrow marked plastic cover need to pull out. Follow pics 1. Remove those kind of three screws (red circle) pic 3. Remove (blue circled) three screws also pic 4. Finaly you see this after removed six screws pic 6.

Removing mirror from the doorRemove this mirror holder cover. See those 3 (10mm) bolts holding mirror. Remove those. PICS: 1 & 2.PICs 3 & 4 mirror removed.

You will see like this. Green tape is the one of the connection for heated glass.

I removed the U shape wood trim ( pry from the bottom to up) by the radio/ac and run this wire behind the glove box to the right side. This mirror glass need to pry from the bottom to up by red arrows using two hands.

Right turn signal connected. I will show you how I connected with right turn led signal cover. Red circle is extra fuse connected with flasher wire (green with yellow tracer).

Flasher located next right to the interior fuse box driver side. This flasher located under the steering near the fuse box to the right side. You need to pry the plastic trim under the steering by removing 2 nuts (10mm) lower left and right ( this one hide with small plastic trim need to open by flat screw driver. There is another iron cover need to remove by 2 (10mm) screw on left and right side also. Use heavy cotton gloves, lower side of the cover is very sharp. Then you will see the flasher. Red arrow is the iron cover.

Last Sunday I finished Led turn signal mirror covers. Red circle is flasher. Blue circle (Green wire with black tracer) is left turn signal output. Yellow circle (Green wire with a yellow tracer) is right turn output. You need to connect those for positive wires of L/R Led mirror cover.

I finished my blue led project with help from my friend Chris (CDULUK). The blue led that we upgraded recently did not have plug and play, we have to modify a lot of things. Here are the pictures for blue LCD instrument cluster, door sills, control knobs, switches, center cup holders, and etc. My daugter Noshin helped me take pictures.

Hi,
I got my front sill plates yesterday. I checked the size with old one. But the new one (RX 330) has more longer top than old RX 300) one. What you did the extra top cut it smaller? Where did you got the source of power for the rear door sill? same source from the ignition switch? I appreciate you answer. Thanks.

Thanks Cduluk. I don't see any more of your new post in club lexus forum! Do u still have some informations about the power source for illuminating scuff plates from keyring light. I wanted to add those plates in my 2000 Rx 300 and is it possible? If so i will buy scuff plates of rx 330. Thanks.
