well it would take a lot of getting used to for me......but if u like it thats all that matters I'm trying to decide if i wanna swap my interior to make my car back on black or just sell/buy a new gs430. I'm getting the 12 for cheap ($169) and putting in a pioneer ts-sw1241d its a shallow mount sub so it doesn't stick down to far but i am building a box for it as its not a free air! i was told almost no1 makes free airs anymore! um i dunno bout the black cone material i know what u mean but i dunno what it actually is!

well i didnt know that toyo no longer makes the toyo proxi 2's and they are on the 4's now! the link u provided is no good though! i will look into them...think im set on the yokohoma advans for the moment but something in my mind tells me they wear VERY quickly!

anyone know anything about the toyo proxi 2's? or the yokohoma advans? are these gonna wear REALLY quickly? they a quiet tire? my tires are a 225/55/16

i know its old new but i just aquired my car last nov so its kinda new to me.....yeah i called rmm they said they only produced 25 but from any reports i read on the rmm they werent making a actual 8 psi more like 6 and alot of poeople werent happy with the price and the power outputs! i didnt know srt did and i dont know who lms is! thanks for the info. im gonna keep checking maybe i can roll upon one

the srt can be found almost anywhere just price shop it and make sure u get the best price on it! try ebay or googling companies and seeing how much they got! i have the mark levinson package in my 430 and im removing it shortly to put my diamond audio d6 setup in shortly! but as far is if u can just replace the sub and run a power wire? sorry i dont know im not a audiophile......i have a shop that i use!

yeah alex when u finally get a answer from some1 who knows what u need it def is! ty dc, man i hate my dealership. they wont give part #'s out and when i told them i had a part # and a cheaper price from sewell they decided to match it (sewell gives us wholesale cost) so they wouldnt lose the business!

i was told its just the actuator for the vent! but how do i go about finding out whats wrong with the heat? like whats 100% wrong so before the winter i can fix it!

crap.........so if i have only one heater core y is sometimes my air on the right side cold even though its set to hot? yeah i got one starting to bad!

sorry you'll my car is starting to have numerous "small" problems and I'm so anally retentive I'm fixing most of them! ok here's how it goes.........from time to time the air on the passenger side of my car will blow cold even when i have the temp set to 85 in the dual setting or if i take it off and set it to 85 sometimes it will still run cool but then some days both sides will blow hot air! I'm assuming my gs430 has a dual heater core especially if u can set the climate to different temps......ok so do all gs's have a dual heater core? if so can i use the gs300's or gs400's on my 430 without any problems or do i have to get a 430? i also have a a/c vent actuator starting to go bad so when i have the air on my face it makes a whining and clicking noise before it finally shuts the leg vents (only last for 20 secs or so most of the time and only happens when i start the car and it's set to the face mode). i know these aren't related but if there is a heater core on the passenger side i might just replace the bad actuator while I'm down there! any1 know how many actuators are under the dash on the passenger side? (if you didn't know Lexus didn't use a cable on this series to change the airflow from the feet to the face etc etc they used a electrical actuator). as summer is upon us the heater core isn't something i need to worry about but would like to have it done before next winter! thanks brian

sigh, i know Alex it seems to be the same 10 people answering any topic when someone DOES answer! i tru to use this webiste as a tool to help me but hard to get anywhere when no1 answers and when they do its making fun of some1's driving or yada yada yada! i dont normally take my car in until it needs something either but im not gonna skip the 90k maintenance. i would actually love to start that topic but im sure one of the moderators would IMMEDIATELY shut it down!
