  1. All the posts are 3+ years old. Any new suggestions?
  2. It's time for new tires on my LS460. I live in Texas so all I need is all weather tires not snow. Best options anyone?
  3. try manually pushing both mirrors in while car is off, the in-out control gets confused sometimes
  4. My LS460 nav requires me to hit "AGREE" everytime I get in the car. Is there an upgrade or new version that I can get that doesn't require this such as the newer models?
  5. on top of all those issues I have to press "I agree" on my 2007. This was fixed on the 2008 but Lexus has not given 2007 owners a fix. My third Lexus & this is the first REALLY poor issue I've encountered. I think I'll look at other cars makes if Lexus is not going to be more responsive.
  6. Sorry about my last message I was on my way out of town and in too much of a hurry. Actually I have just over 5000 miles on the car. I have not done anything myself but when I took it in for the 5000 mile check last week I saw that they aired up all the tires. I'll watch it more closely now.
  7. lucky you. I'm on my 3rd Lexus & they absolutely are the best cars I have ever owned. If I were ordering I would specify that I do NOT want the Bridgestone Turanza tires. I got them on my LS460 & since I have heard several users say that they are not happy with them. I haven't got enough miles on my car to know.
  8. I got the Bridgestone Turanza EL42 tires on my LS460 that was delivered last week. I hear that these tires are not rated very well. Has anyone driven enough miles to wear the tires out & how many mile did they last?
  9. I picked up my LS460 a few days ago & there isn't any wind noise - it's extremely quite even at Interstate Highway speeds
  10. I don't know if this is your problem but I had all the dash lights come on & was told by a mechanic that it was either a fuse or the alternator. It seems that when the alternator acts up all the dash lights go on as a warning & maybe the engine has an electrical problem like the one you described.
  11. does the LS460 also have different colored glass?
  12. I agree that's unreasonable and make the features unusable
  13. my LS460 is scheduled to be delivered to me either next week or the following week
  14. I got a 92 ES when they first came out. Drove it a long time & never had it in for any repairs just normal maintenance. Sold it to a friend who is still driving it. My wife had a LS400 and drove it for 130,000 miles. same story, never had a problem. Now her sister has it & wouldn't trade it for anything. She just had a new power steering unit put on it for the first real expense to repair the car.
  15. I'm told that Lexus does not offer chrome this year so the dealer sends the std wheels out to be chromed
  16. I could have had a LS430 with 200 miles & almost choose it but I went for the 460 with newer styling & more electronics that I love especially the hard drive radio. I still don't know what the headlamp washers do.
