One thing you can do to check the pressure, is look ing the manual. I know with 18" wheels, you should have 35 in fronts and 38 in rears, put that exact pressure in them and the tire pressure light should go out. I had this happen to me two days ago and i put the right air in them and the lights went out. if it stays on after you put the right amount of air in there, i would take it to have it looked at. or have the broker company deal with the issue. good luck

Hey there, I was in the same position. I looked at making the 250 faster and in the long run it is much smarter to go with a 350. i just got mine today and i absolutely LOVE IT. Just look for a 350 that is not to far away that has the same options as your 250 and trade up. I got the EXACT same car plus more for only a couple K more than i sold my 250 for. WAY worth it. And if you have not driven the 350, it is as fast as most two door sports cars, it really is ballz fast.

Hey guys. I am in the market for a sub and amp for my 250. I was wondering if anyone had or would be willing to post pics of their sub setup for those who have upgraded. I am wanting to add a 10 or MAYBE a 12 and amp to my car so my doors and rear dont have to work much at all when it comes to lows. if anyone has some pictures and/or some advice on what they would recommend, it would be greatly appreciated. yeah. bartkat is right. the sound system is very nice. it has very good bass. IT gets pretty loud but i just want to add a seperate sub to handle the base. i dont like pushing my speakers all the way up to get the bass i like. i would prefer the stock speakers for mids and highs and a seperate sub for lows.

I have an 07 IS250. I have just noticed lately that the front passenger door is kind of clunky when you shut or open it. It seems like there is a slight bit of resistance when closing and opening coming from the door latch. I checked the consistancy of the other doors and they are not clunky at all. I cannot see anything wrong with the door. it looks identical to the others. I am curious as if i should take it in. there is nothing wrong with the door, it closes and all that, but it doesnt have the same smoothness that the others do and that is expected from a lexus. I am pretty sure i am not being silly. If i open the door handle and open and close the door with out releasing the handle (just to see how the doors seats without the door latch involved) and it still clunks a bit with the door handle open while i close and open it. Weird. what do you guys think. I am worried they will be like, "there is nothing we can find wrong with it" or be like, "i dont see what you are talking about". There is definately something different about this door. i sat in that seat a week and a half ago and noticed it. i shrugged it off and forgot about it til today. I noticed it today as my girl got out before i pulled into the garage. when she shut the door it seemed as if the door had to clunk into the hinge. i am thinking the latch it not as smooth as the rest. maybe they can replace the door latch and fix it. we will see.

Hey, you have to understand that some strange anomolies happen sometimes. Lexus is an awesome company and i am sure this is something that has probably not happened much ever if at all. They will take care of you, you can be assured of that. Just dont let this ruin your idea of Lexus. They have not been number one luxury car complany in the world for many years straight for putting cars out that do what yours is on a regular basis. jason

read above revo350....I have explained this. I didnt want to pay 5k more and 60 more a month on insurance for more hp i wouldnt use all that often. PLus i have a sport bike that will eat up most any car on the road...speed is not for my Lex

I think the power is compltetly there. If you want to be balls fast, get the 350. i dont think the 350s power make it any more fun to drive then the 250. They are esentially the same car. The 350 is just faster. I dont care though, i love cruising in the 250. the cars interior, looks, gadgets are what i love about the car, and even though the 250 is not FAST it is very fun to drive. If you feel that you race 19yr olds on a regular basis enough to spend the 5k more and have a little higher insurance then get the 350. if you want a very fun car and can be mature when that once a month opportunity arrives to race, then get the 250. Either way, you will love both. I personally dont think that racing once in a while was worth the extra money in the car and insurace, plus gas mpg to get the 350. but i also have my bike for speed. So i am partail. good luck, let us know what you do

yeah i am very happy with her. she is perfect. much happier with the auto than i was with my last manual. the car is still much more fun to drive in sport mode. still quick in auto. everyone loves it. they are just in utter awe when they see it and all of the toys it comes with.

My car is not even a *BLEEP*ing week old. You all know the front seat backs. The part on the back of the seats that have the little pouch and is made of some sort of plastic or something. Well, both of them are scratched. I am in the military and we wear flight suits. The flight suits have zippers on them, and there are zippers on our thigh area and knee when sitting down. It looks like one of my buddies that was in the back seat sometime this week or buddies, their flight suit zipper *BLEEP*ing scuffed and tore into that panel. I am so mad. There has been quite a few people this week from work in my back seat, as they all wanted to check my car out and i have been driving a lot to lunch this week. I just figure, hey i am in the back of someones *BLEEP*ing car that cost about 40k and the *BLEEP*box i drive is about 7k if that, maybe i will be a little careful when moving around and plopping around in this back seat. Well i guess my buddies dont think that way, and maybe they even saw that they did the damage, but hey, why tell me. *BLEEP*ing *BLEEP*. Damn things cost 188 bucks a piece to replace, not including labor. and both seats are damaged. whack!!!! Here are some pics. Do you guys know of any good leather or plastic dye i can use to make the scuffs not so apparent. That is the majority of the obvious is the scuffs.

just got my windows tinted yesterday. This is what i have noticed. On the rear window. Around the edge, some portions are black ALL the way to the edge of the widow, some stop at the little dots for the rear defrosters...the pics explain what i mean. Is that normal? Secondly. The edges of the side windows are not consistant. Some of the windows are perfect. Some the tint stops before the edge of the window. On the inside it is perfect but it is visible from the outside because of the way the door panels are designed it looks like it would be hard to get the tint under the doorpanel all the way. Check the pic to see what i mean. the pic with the camera is the back window, that little piece of glass at the aft of the door. the vertical picture is of the aft portion of the driver side front window. On the inside it is perfect. But on the outside you can clearly see the tint stop before the edge of the glass. The thing is that i went to alte mere. supposed to be one of the best places to go. I am not sure if this is normal, or if i am just being too picky.

It has great mid and highs. the bass in it is pretty nice for stock. I would just like to add a little more so that i can pump up the volume without the fear of blowing any speakers from the bass. So my car is arriving tonight at sixish and I cannot get it till tomorrow morning first thing. The truck driver is arriving tonight but they have to inspect it and the inspectors leave around six. I was told I was told i have to wait til the morning. 2007 Silver/Black, Navigation, Premium, 18s, HIDs. So so so so stoked. I will let you guys know when I pick it up tomorrow and post pictures. One thing to consider. If you plan on keeping the car for 15 years get the GS. If you do happen to have kids, they are not going to be old enough for at least 4-5 years before they start kicking the back of your seats, until then, they will fit fine in the back seat. And that is IF you were to have kids right now. So the IS would be perfect for you until your kids were OLD ENOUGH to not fit in there. You can get those options for the IS just have to pay for them, that is why the GS is more expensive. I would kind of rule kids out unless you plan on havin them tomorrow or adopting a 7 yr old soon. The IS really does invoke more Awe factor when you drive it and see it in person. Go look at both of them drive them both, and only compare the GS to the 350. Good luck, let us know what you think.

I know i am gonna get flamed for saying this but, i have had really bad experience with the 3m bras. I used them on my bike and on my last car. they work great for chips, but as for the edges, they tend to come up if you live in a very hot climate where it is humid and rains a lot. Not enough to notice realy but just enough to start getting dust and dirt under. after i removed my bra 2 yrs later. there was a scratch ring around the entire perimeter of the bra. I was very upset. most of the local shops here in OKC stopped using them and installing them. but for rock protection, they work great.

no, i mistyped. the car was 38,000 msrp, and i got it for 36,300 otd. it is a 250, not 350. i added xm for 400. and got the spoiler and accessory package for 150. I am currently driving one of their 06 RXs. It is nice. But i want MY car.
