  1. Spoke to them over the phone. The exhaust is $1200 and will come out next week. 22 HP The intake is $250 and is available now. 12 HP But if you put both it will give you only 24 HP extra not 36 HP I am thinking only about the intake. (affortable and removable).
  2. The look is awsome! Power is awsome! Handling is s@#t! lol
  3. The hp did not change as I can see but the torque went up from 223 to 233 which is hugh. Where can I get a preformance exhaust in L.A. area? Should I put this intake and then the exhaust later? is it too much? Warranty, will it void? Does anyone have all the answers? (only facts please) p.s. If the Dyno is correct I will put the intake just for the extra 10 Torque.
  4. A. It is from a magazine B. We are still waiting for the short version
  5. I AGREE WITH YOU 100 PERCENT!!!! WE DONT TELL WOMEN ITS A WASTE OF MONEY WITH ALL THEIR STUPID DIAMONDS!!! TALKING ABOUT WASTE OF MONEY (STUPID ROCK). SOME EVEN COST MORE THEN OUR CARS. SO LEAVE US ALONE ALL YOU OLD GEEZERS AND WOMEN THAT DO NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT OUR LOVE FOR CARS AND LET US ENJOY IT!!!
  6. 1. Make sure the car is in Park and the parking brake is disengaged before you start the car. 2. Start the engine. 3. Engage the parking brake. 4. Fully depress the brake pedal and then release. 5. Fully depress the brake pedal and then release. 6. Disengage the parking brake. 7. Fully depress and hold down the brake pedal. 8. Engage the parking brake, then disengage it (while holding down the brake pedal). 9. Engage the parking brake, then disengage it (while holding down the brake pedal). 10. Release the brake pedal. 11. Engage the parking brake. 12. Fully depress the brake pedal and then release. 13. Fully depress the brake pedal and then release. It will go back to original every time you turn the car off. You have 30 seconds to do this once you turned the car on. Be careful
  7. Quick questions Did someone already break in the car? Do you still have hesitation when you press the pedal? Does it feel already like the HP it should have? Thanks
  8. I have a button for the trac control (on/off)
  9. Wow, great review, thank you. I agree with everything you say but I have to say that I have both right now and... BMW is better only in curves and BMW wont last as long as Lexus. BMW start giving you problem right after the warranty is over like as they knew when to program the engine to start giving you these problems. My 330 has valves ticking and loss of power that would cost 1000's to fix. If you want a car for a long time or to put lots of miles on.... go with Lexus. If you want to lease, then you're right, BMW is better BUT.... I can't stand how simple they made it! I need personality in a car and they new BMW just doesn't have it! not inside or out. So: Lexus....................BMW Last longer.............Breaks down after 50,000 miles NIce in/out.............More simple in/out then before Bad turns...............Great turns Fast.......................Slower (not M3) BUY/LEASE.............LEASE ONLY My best friend is a GENERAL SALES MANAGER in BMW and he sent me to Lexus. What does that tell you?
  10. Thank you for liking my review. I would really like more people with IS350 to write their opinions. P.S. I guess when you over 6'0" it's getting a little snug but it is acceptable for this size car. If you are 6'0" or under you'll even decent amount of room in the back for another 6'0" passenger.
  11. I've seen my friend with credit in the high 600's getting a 39,000 IS for 0 down and 585 monthly for 36 months. (lease) And when I am saying 0 down I mean 0 down. He paid the first month to drive off the lot. Is that good?
  12. Also when you use MP3, Radio or CD adjust the bass trible and mids all over again. The radio could have settings for each one differently.
  13. They COULD actually drive it a few hundred feet before the engine start stalling. So.... they would not get very far but they would try. Does it worth it to have the car stolen even for 200 feet? Not for me.
  14. Lexus IS350 * The car is very powerful - Would be more fun with stick shift. * Leg room and head room excellent in front AND back. I am 6'0" and I have lots of space in the front and in the back too. I am very very comfortable in the back seat and there is more then enough leg room. * Very smooth ride with a little bit of roughness because of the sporty spirit. * Engine still hesitate at start (low miles) needs to open up. * Engine ticks from injectors a little bit, so don't expect a perfectly quiet engine. * I had a 3 series and this car is faster, more fun featured and nicer looking then the 330i or 330ci * BMW better at corners (did not love the corner on this car). * Use steering shifter only on freeway (a little bit rough on street surface). All together I would rate it 8.5 from 10 Just because of corners and ticking sound. Any questions? This is based on a PERSONAL opinion. feel free to write your review as well.
  15. Guess what, IF I WANTED A HARLEY OR ANY OTHER THING THAT MAKE NOISE, I WOULD BUY ONE. I ride a motorcycle too, and in my opinion a Lexus should be more quiet! I went to the dealer and he said that ALOT of people complained. I bought a Lexus for the quietness of it. P.S. I got a bit used to it, so no biggie.
  16. I hear it inside the car, that wont help, but thanks
  17. Thank you all for helping me out with this. I went to the dealer today and he did tell me its the injectors and it is standard. I even saw another 350 there and it had the same thing. The guy that ownes the car said he didn't have the noise but when we lifted the hood he heard it. I am very sensitive for this kind of stuff and for me it is too loud. If I come back home at midnight to my parking garage and I sit in the car for 2 minutes it starts to bug me too much and I just turn it off. Hope you guys don't care for it as much as I do. Eli
  18. Everyone with an IS350 or just everyone in general? I felt it in the car when I was in Idle but then I opened the hood, and it was really loud.
  19. I hear a ticking noise when I lift the hood on my IS350. Does anyone else have the same problem?
