It is actually around the door panels, mirrors, bumper, etc. but it is just little areas where rocks or door dings have impacted the car...

I have a few areas where my '04 RX330 is beginning to rust (all are small areas). My question is how do you treat this? Also, does Lexus have a rust warranty where they would cover this? Thanks!

The darned good reason is that you have not yet seen spy shots of the upcoming redesigned C class. Merecedes is generally taking the same direction with the C as they did with the S especially with the back.

I was going to buy my wife an RL to replace her E500, until we drove the LS460. She was hooked and that was that. I am trading my E for the LS so you made the right decision.

Congrats you lucky dogs. I have been on the list for a month and still haven't received my 460 as the waiting list is very long (should be in soon though). By the way Richard, I agree with you that the S is overpriced and I kind of think that Mercedes wants it that way in the US. In my opinion, they intentionally make it expensive so it has more prestige (in the US at least). After all, the 7 carries almost everything the S does and is substantially less expensive. I don't know about you but I am already on the list for the '09 7 series! Should be out in '08. It will keep the LS company in my garage :)

I am so jealous! I still have 3 weeks. How much are you paying for the passport? Does it have a laser deflector or just laser detector? My dealer only had two versions coming in and one was long. All of their standard length vehicles were the $67k version which has everything I wanted. Can't wait!

I can now answer the question. I received a call this morning that my car will be at port on the 13th and I may have it by the 20th! About one month after my order!!! It is going to be a long month :)

Two questions: Can the dealer install side sunshades (even if they are not power) if they are not ordered with them? Also, does the LS have side indicators for the turnsignals. I think the answer is no as I haven't located them anywhere and didn't see it in the detailed specifications but wasn't sure.

Does anyone have pictures of the brake lights illuminated?
