Any helpful tips would be appreciated.

This is a simple question, but I can't figure out what temperature I should regulate my foggy windows. My plasma screen doesn't work, So i can't see what temperature my AC or the heater is blowing. I just go from the top and sorta hand feel it everytime I wan to regulate it. Anyways it's not a problem. I wanted to ask you guys this. This is simple but once and for all I wanna get this right lol. When I have foggy windows that means the car is heating, in the winter time its an obvious one to use the defroster. When it rains my back window which is tinted is always foggy, my front one is almost the same. How do I regulate the circulation to always have the best visibility, during rainy snowy or humid weather. If possible indicate step by step. Fogginess occurs whether I start up the car, Whenever it rains really hard combined with humidity or When it is really cold. Its annoying not to know inaccurate circulation of air flow which is wasted and not used properly. :chairshot: Thank you, Nick :)

Do you guys know how much is the base price for IS 350 with everything included? What are better warranty packages to get? Would you also estimate the montly payments based on the original price. Thank you.

You're right. Good Audio system is an important feature for most drivers. I believe that the car would go for about $35.000 taking out navigation system and other small extra features. But it's still too much...

If I were you, I wouldn't get maintenance on the car @ the dealer. Overpricing is one thing but where I live they do a lousy job. Local auto shop would something you have to look into, I am sure there are guys here from LA who would help you out. Congratulations on your purchase, and post pics if you can. :)

DRL as far as I know on your series only activates in Canada. In US its different. I have no idea how to rewire the system, but its not an easy process. Contact any Lexus Dealer and see how much they would charge you.

Oh nah, dont worry about it. I already found out what I needed to know about carfax. Thanks again, enjoy your ride. You might wanna get the tint done, clear head and bumper tail lights...That improves the machine especially the 90-99 generation.

As far as service, Brooklyn Bay Ridge Lexus is horrible. My friend with a brand new LS 430 2001 had to wait 3 and a half hours for an oil change. I dont know about the dealership. I heard the Manhattan one is also bad. <_<

I dont really know what they are going to do with the new LS. We just going to have to wait and see. Right now of course I am all over the new IS series. :P

The new IS series is expected to be released soon. Some say it will be on the market this year. Specifications : 215 - hp ( IS 250 ) 2.5 litres * Huge plus for people who want to save gas * 315 - hp ( IS 350 ) 3.5 litres * Huge for those who feel the need for speed * They also might revise the final product. Does anyone have any more sources on this? Prices. Cons. Pros. etc... Here are some picutures I am really impressed with this design. Now I am wondering whether I should really get it, gas prices are booming and that's a major impact for me especially here in New York. I always wanted a manly luxurious top notch LS series, but I am only 20 and I wanna experience what this class can offer me. What do you guys think?
