Disconnect the neg. battery terminal for a few seconds and replace. Make sure your terminals are clean and tight ;)

Make sure the battery contacts and the neg. / pos/ cables are really clean, Then reconnect very tight. Also check the alternator connections. -

The problem with this is that the harness that you may buy might not work with the nav you have, You see , All navs /components are bench tested before I ship. You can do the math.
