You can try the repair, No guarantees on the sound though. I can get you a OEM replacement if needed. If I get an OEM part, how can I remove the old one? Do I need to remove the side panel to get to the subwoofer? Every speaker/sub cover on lexus have to be taken off from behind, So yes you have to remove the panel to get to the sub.

I can get you a factory replacement LCD for your Pioneer headunit if you want to go that route. Thanks for the response... Will this also remedy the number 3 & 4 LED buttons that are out as well ? Just the lcd, I will look to see if I have the led's for the buttons. Same problem here. How much is the replacement LCD,please. And can you get CWM4932? Mark, What is your email? I will send details.

The 12 disc changers fail all the time and are non-repairable, What you need to do is replace the 12 disc changer with a pioneer 6 disc changer, I have them with the custom bracket and they are plug and play. ;)
