  1. Ah....is that your new Pup, Mike?
  2. Lexusfreak Massive Congrats on your new Lexus and coming back to the Lexus fold!
  3. check your cabin filter is intact as this can draw fumes through to the inside
  4. yes, unless the hubs disconnect then they will still turn with the wheels but just not connect to the transfer box
  5. Does it help to pull the inner cover closed as sometimes this secures the glass roof in place
  6. I would contact your local dealer as they will have listings on their computer to show what is available
  7. I would imagine most parts of the car are covered by warranty as long as it is not down to damage or wear and tear
  8. Its unlikely (but not impossible if a common earth has broken) for the circuits to be linked unless carrying the same fuse power supply. Maybe recheck the fuses with a multimeter or swap into another circuit to see if this is affected....sometimes difficult to see a hairline fracture of a fuse link
  9. The things a man would do for his favorite chair 🙂
  10. Not sure, apart from repainting each time but maybe using a thicker (enamel based) paint in the areas that are most affected by wear?
  11. Sounds like you have a good one there Brandon. The main thing is that it has been maintained correctly over the years and everything was replaced when it should have been so it suggests a responsible previous owner. As a result it shouldn't need anything much outside of routine maintenance
  12. Steve McQueen quote....absolutely spot on! I'm off to Le Mans 24 Hours next week. can't wait to revisit the mecca of all motorsport as haven't been since lockdown restrictions and chomping at the bit
  13. Go for it, and let us know how you get on (e.g. wheel imbalance, etc)
  14. Cost is always a big issue when it comes to marketing a new product (cost to make and retail price) but always has to allow for profit. Good luck with refining the end product so that it is where it needs to be in the market, I guess every small refinement helps to balance it out
  15. I am a massive Slime fan....have used it for years in Motorbikes, Cars, Campers and never had a puncture (that I know of). The only downside is it can lead to some dynamic wheel imbalance and also slight corrosion to the alloy rims but nothing that cannot be sealed by the Slime
  16. The ECU would have a default preset to keep the engine idling (albeit low or high speed over the standard RPM)
  17. I would clear all codes give it a good run and recheck.
