i wouldnt convert my fogs to look cool. i might not live in a always foggy place. but in the rain at night. i put on my 3k hid fogs. and bam i can actually see!

thats why i would upgrade my fog lights to either yellow halogens or 3k hids.

getting HIDs are different from getting new headlights. if your headlights are all hazey then buy new headlights and you will get a slight improvement. but to get the best output get a new headlight with hids. and it will look new as the day you bought it

i think you might have to remove the fender liner. in front of the wheel and then go do it?

i dont think it causes accidents. unless they are aimed wrong they shouldnt blind anybody. i rather run fogs in daytime them drls just for the fact that they are more subtle then headlights.
