well i have a clarion nx500 with a rear view camera. i was wondering how i could get multiple cameras to work on the same screen. i know people install the Beat Sonic Module and that module does exactly that. wondering if anybody has that installed here? i want to install Mirror Cameras so i need 3 inputs. anybody know of any other products to do this?

thanks for this. i bypassed the vidoes on my clarion nx500 but i had to give it a power source so that the unit will know that i have switched the parking brake. new units are becoming smart. my old jvc dvd navi double din just need the wire to be grounded and i was able to bypass it.

well i will soon be buying a coupe. looking to get a g35 but who knows what i get. first question but not the most important is: what type of car would you guys buy? i really want it to be a v6 under 10k more like 8k so i have money left over for goodies and i am buying it used. so another question which is my main question. What alarm to get? i currently have a viper 5902 on my 04 rav4. and if people know that alarm they know it is great. heres a couple of good points about the viper 5902.: 1 mile range 2 way alarm feature so my remote tells me what is happening to my car the remote has 2 car feature meaning it can be connected to 2 cars with the viper alarm' a lot of addons such as proxmitey senor, talking alarm, window roll module has AUX outputs to control things like radio, defroster, convertiable top SmartStart is a phone app that makes your phone work as a remote as long as you have internet, so basically unlimited range but $90 a year theres more but it just doesnt come to my mind the second alarm system i have beening eyeing for a while now is the ST800. since most people do not know about it.. heres a link to the company page http://www.auto-innovatio.com/magento/english/smart-system-st800-smart-key-security.html and heres a link to the video review of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAEsf5jmSas&feature=channel_video_title heres some info about the ST800 not that good of a range as compared to the viper have the option of having a 2 way alarm for extra money keyless entry so no need for remote comes with a keypad so incase you left the keys inside the car or your remote has died comes with window and AUX modules so no need for extra stuff so the main reason i want to get these 2. i like having the feature of remote start. the viper has a great range and i love the remotes. i currently have the color hd remote and the normal lcd remote. the 2 way feature is great; the remote is loud and also vibrates. but the range was the reason i bought it. and i have tested the range and it works GREAT! also the ability to add the smart start is great too if i ever actually pay the money lol. the main reason i want to get the st800 is the cool factor and the no keys needed part. you do lose the steering lock tho. if i do get the alarm i will most likely get the 2 way but for the price difference it is too much from what i think. but this alarm is basically in my head because it is "cool".. so now that you guys know the facts. what would you choose? and if you have other suggestions then let me know! thanks guys.

the sensors are bound to fail. go back to old school and get some springs in there or do like something to bypass the sensors so you can manually adjust the amount of air in the air bags.

so what everybody is saying is that i should stay away? well i will take your advice and stay away. thanks everybody for the help! im still going to stay on the forum just to get more insight on other cars and mods that i maybe can transfer to my cars or something. but for now im looking to get american suvs lol. i saw a chevy blazer with 46k miles. it was pretty good condition and a pretty nice price.

thanks for the insight lenore. most rx300s i am finding have over 100k miles. most have around 120-150. should i buy them? or save up some more money and get a better model/year or different car

wow thanks for the info. it makes me not want either now. but when you say premature what do you mean like how many miles? i think a cayenne is out of my league. maybe ill look into get a loaded highlander or something like that.

as the previous poster commented. since they changed the tires and your light came on, they have the reset the tire pressure monitoring system. and most cars have a hidden button some where under the steering. maybe since you car also has the alarm sound button there, the accidentally pressed that instead.

as other people have stated. there should be a panel that will allow you to access the back of the tail lights. simply get your hand in there and twist of the bulb and pull it. swap out the bulb and twist it back into position.

how is everybody doing? well i am looking to buy a lesux rx300. most likely it will be the first generation. i am choosing lexis over toyota simply because lexus is more luxury. i am not going to buy it anytime soon more like around april or 2012 lol. i am currently still deciding between this rx300 or a acura mdx. i am going to buy both used. my current cars are a 2004 toyota rav4 and a 2009 toyota highlander. both of those cars were bought new. i have owned other cars such as toyota matrix 4wd, hyundai tibiroun and a toyota solara xle v6. i really dont like small cars, im more of the suv person. my main concerns is that i dont find rx300s with low miles like less than 90,000. all the ones i have seen are around from 120-150k. so how long does a rx300 last? what are the main concerns and problems i should look for when i go to look at the car. any major must do's. i was reading that most people have to fix the a/c and also replace the ignition coil. for looks, do the first gens come with the solar tinted glass? does anybody have it here? if so did you guys also tint your front windows? and how? plain black tint or solar? i think those were my main questions. so if you can please help. thanks
