    im not sure of the exact car. but most cars that have keyless entry and start, dont have a steering wheel lock. or so ive been told.

    hids are a fail in drls. other than that you can simply keep your low beams always on. or you can replace the drl with led but that will only be good for looks. wont even work as a good high beam flash

    if the previous owner went to dealerships to get services and stuff then they update the history everytime with the new mileage. check the hoses under the hood. paint chipping? seats cracking?

    its going to be hard to replace them. maybe you can jerry-rig something. like just put a t10 bulb in there or something and then just pass inspection?

    i beleive they are called City lights? and its best to replace them with LEDs. hope you can reach them and swap them out

    $2k is crazy talk. just buy a ballast from the link that cduluk posted and then simply trace the wires back. shouldnt be hard at all!

    Depo headlights are supposed to be good. im not sure if those ebay ones are legit depo or fakes. but most of the time they are fake. and the fake ones are a hit or a miss. sometimes you get lucky and they actually have good output. sometimes you get "ok" and get some black spots on the output. sometimes you get terrible and have lights worse than reflectors.
