Seat Covers
I have a 2004 sc430 and a 50lb. labradoodle that goes everywhere with me My leather seats are a Saddle color. I’m looking for some type of cover I can place over his seat to protect it from his dirty feet ? Doesn’t have to be a leather custom fitted cover. Just something I can cover up and strap or tie down . Finding a saddle color,ay be impossible, but I’m trying …. Thank you .
Dashboard lit up
Had my ES350 for less than 6 months. Twice the dashboard lit up with failure lights, this was due to metal in the oil. Flush and gush the first time. Removed the engine and replaced cam gears and chain on the 3.5l engine. the second time it went in. I was so surprised to see a Toyota product have such a failure. Wasn't going to wait for the other shoe to drop so I traded it in on a Honda. Toyota, never again will I buy. Shameful.
Quiet tires for ‘15 GS AWD
I had Pirelli P7’s and liked them but with the change in ownership of the once all Italian company I no longer want to buy tires from them. At 40k I replaced those with Vredestein Quatrac Pro tires which were quiet until I hit 10,000 miles on them, at that time it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. I called Vredestein and they were kind enough to send 4 Hitrac tires. They are on the car now and around town they are fine, but very noisy on the highway. I will change these as soon as I find a ve
New LC 500 Alignment Issue
Following a recent inspection at the dealership’s service department, the service advisor identified abnormal inner edge wear on all four tires. Upon further investigation, it was confirmed that the toe was out of specification on both the front and rear wheels. The service advisor recommended replacing all four tires and performing a 4-wheel alignment. He noted that it was unusual for all four wheels to be out of alignment, especially considering the vehicle has fewer than 10,000 miles, suggest
Sunglasses compartment
2009 ES350 Sunglasses compartment suddenly wouldn't open but I was able to pop it out. How do I put it back in? I don't care if it won't work. I just want it there.

Alan Funk one of the original moderators of this forum is in poor heath. He loved solving problems & helping and talking all things about cars especially his 3 Lexuses ! He has a 2007 ES350 w/Ultra-Luxury Package. w/25,000 miles. Amber Pearl w/Cashmere interior. Its only been serviced by Lexus , parked in a private spot and babied…orginal owner of course! I’m wondering if anyone has interest? I haven’t listed this anywhere else as I felt it would be respectful to him for me to present it to the Lexus Owner Club members first.
