2000 LS 400 stops running intermittent does this.

Need advise on above problem.  Code says I have problem with ma's air flow unit. Is there anything else I need to check ?    Recent timing belt and water pump has been chamged.   Could the car need tune up ?

Have you tried cleaning the Mass Air Flow sensor? CRC has a spray can for this purpose.

What is the exact code stored (Pxxxx)?

Did this issue and code start out of the blue/after the timing belt change?  Who did the work?

Did spray cleaning the MAF solve the issue?

Inspect the electrical connector to the MAF.
