bigo Posted May 14, 2004 Posted May 14, 2004 :D While trying to soften rubber insulation around my doors of my 93 ls400 I got silicone spray on my windows. I have tried all the window cleaners even vinegar, but to no avail , :( ??????? thank you for any tips
tansupplyman Posted May 14, 2004 Posted May 14, 2004 You need silicone remover. Go to an auto paint supply store, get a silicone, wax, etc. remover such as 3-M #08987. This is used as a wipe-down before painting a car. Eliminates 'fish-eyes' caused by silicone, etc.
SKperformance Posted May 14, 2004 Posted May 14, 2004 i guess next time you know to spray the cloth and then wipe the seals
