Music start by volume!?

I have GX460 2018. I listen through my phone. My problem with audio is when I put music or radio on pause for listening better to google map, when I volume up or down the car, music starts automatically with much loader volume. Please let me know how to fix it.

My experience may be different from yours but if I am listing to music and the navigation announces a set of directions, I can turn up the volume of the navigation voice without it affecting the music volume, as long as increasing the volume of the navigation voice occurs only during its announcement duration. If I turn up the volume anytime after the navigation voice stops, then my music volume increases. I must react quickly to avoid raising the volume of both.
