ES300H Key Fob replacement

Dealer's quote was just ridiculous for replacing a lost key fob for my ES300H. I have the "stick" part of the lost fob still with me and another key fob that belongs to my wife. Is there a different way to program an after market fob like the one below (than going through the dealer)?
