Wont leave the on mode

2011 GX 460

Went thru a car wash now the car will not completely shut off. Motor stops but the On mode stays on. Wont lock the doors to alarm. 
 

disconnected the battery for an hour to reset no luck.

Sounds like the interior may have water ingress so would be worth allowing air to circulate around the interior to dry it out.

Open the bonnet as well as all the doors as well

Did you ever find out what caused this?

For that kind of issue, I would bring my car to the dealer.

Not in my Lexus, but this happened to me in my Mercedes and there was a small hole in the headlight and it filled with water and shorted out the adaptive head lights and made parking lights stay on and all kinds of other weird electrical problems.  Replaced the headlight and reprogrammed the adaptive headlight and all was good.  Expensive fix for going through a car wash.
