2013 RX359 rear power door only operates intermittently, regardless of using door buttons, in car button, or remote control. Have fitted new struts. 
any suggestions please. D.B.

Hi...welcome to the Club

I would recommend peeling back the rubber gaiter that goes from the door to the roof area to see if there are any broken wires in there.
As the door opens and closes it can fracture the cables which could be the reason it is not functioning

It may be obvious if you've had this vehicle for awhile but the fob's remote button will not work unless you first unlock the doors with the door button. There are also certain conditions in order for the interior button to open the hatch, also.
