I hit a pothole (2007 Lexus RX400h) and have been experiencing intermittent clicking noise when turning,  driving over bumps

Initially, it was occurring when making a right turn immediately after starting the car

Showed it to a mechanic who didn't find anything wrong with the suspension and steering systems

Took it to a lexus dealer who diagnosed the issue as sub frame being loose and tightened the bolts which fixed the issue of the clicking noise when making a right turn after starting the car but not the intermittent clicking noise

Should I ignore or mention it to the lexus dealer at the time of the next scheduled service?

Since the issue is intermittent , I am not sure whether the  dealer would be able to  diagnose

Thanks for any  feedback

You may have a bad wheel bearing, can you hear a rumble or whining noise when driving.?

Thanks

The car sounds fine otherwise

I just went for a drive and heard the noise 4-5 times mostly when making turns
