I recently acquired a 2016 RX350.  I have noticed that the camera does not provide a sharp picture on my 12.5" display. Is this normal? My previous car's camera was much sharper.

I would check the camera on the tailgate,  maybe there is debris, dirt, etc on the lens.

I have a 2013 RX 350 with BU camera, and it is pretty pathetic.  I recently had to rent a vehicle, and got a 2015 Kia Sol with a BU camera that was incredible.  Not sure why the vaunted Lexus has such a lousy BU camera, but there are lots of people who complain about it.  It can be replaced with an aftermarket unit, though I have not done so, and don't know what source to access.
