92 Sc400 Rebuild Out Of Water Logged For Three Hours

Bought it used off the local ford used car agency ...8k computer went out 2 months later thinkingit was fuel pump...so yeah new pump n cpu...hail came that march and i saved the body but not the rest....visor lights work sunroof and lamps work it clicks hits hard against fly wheel.. goon fix it
