Engine died while driving and wouldn't start again. Found crankshaft pos sensor had fallen off. It connects to a place near the underside of the oil pump pulley, and I could find nothing online of where it's located.

I replaced the sensor and cleaned the connector, but still has code 12- RPM signal no.1 and won't start.

Are you sure the sensor is good?

No, everything was fine until old one fell off. Got it running now, but seems to be missing a clyinder and has the same code.

But you more than like might need a new sensor.
