Timing Belt

Hi there:

I have to sell my car Lexus RX 300, I bought it from one student and I am not in contact with him.

I do not know when he or previous owner of the has changed or not the timing belt.

Now people want to buy it and coming for inspection of the car but I really do not have any idea when it was done or still due. For this I am getting a much reduced price. Can you guys please suggest what to do should I go for the lowest price or do change the timing belt.

Hi!

please go to any Lexus dealership. With the VIN, they will find out when and at what mileage the Timing belt was replaced, provided previous owner replaced at a dealer. Most people replace the belt at dealership first time.
