Dome Light Console Take-Apart

So i'm interested in taking apart the dome light console in order to change the polarity of the connection for the light terminals. I am doing an LED conversion on all my lights, and was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get access to the inner side of the dome console? Any photos would be appreciated. Thanks.

_{You have to remove the plexi covers.....it's hard to do without damaging the surrounding plastic and the actual lense. Use an interior panel tool, not a screwdriver.}

Thanks Mark, yeah actually I forgot I wrote this up here. I actually got really lucky and the LED's worked properly without switching the polarity. Whew.
