Question About Automatic Interior Lighting

What do I do in order to set up the automatic interior lighting so that when I approach the car and the car senses the key's transponder chip, they turn on?

Is that an available feature on the 2008 IS350? I don't see it in the list of customizable features for the 2008 IS350.

My wife's Prius has this feature but it is clearly shown in the customizable feature list for her car - the default is "On" for her car.

The puddle lights go on--but if you walk up to the car at a normal speed, they don't end up going on until after you have unlocked the door. You need to walk .... really .... slow....

According to my owner's manual (page 233): " The following interior lights come on automatically when you approach the vehicle with the electronic key on your person. Front overhead courtesy light, Rear overhead courtesy light, Outer foot light".
