chrislaufl Posted September 10, 2012 Posted September 10, 2012 I have a 1994 LS400 and it's time to get new tires. I'm thinking I may switch up the wheels as well. I know the LS460 has a different lug pattern but I have seen some adapters available. The adapters are usually 1 to 1.25 inch thick. I am just trying to get some feedback and see if anyone has done this or knows someone who has. I know the LS430 wheels will bolt right up but I can't seem to find those right now. Thanks for the input.
steve2006 Posted September 10, 2012 Posted September 10, 2012 I personally would not feel comfortable with a rear wheel drive car with over 250 BHP fitted with adaptors holding the wheels on. Also I cannot see there being many sets of 460 wheels around for sale. Plenty of after market choice and there are other mainly Japanese manufacturers using the same stud pattern.
Jkavulick Posted September 2, 2013 Posted September 2, 2013 I did it and Have had no problem with the adapters. IMHO it makes the 400 look like a whole different car.
