amayes
I have a 1990 Lexus LS400 and my car key doesn't open the door on the driver side. It works just fine on the passenger side of the car. The key works just fine in the ignition. What could be the problem and how do I get it fixed?
lenore
Does the lock cylinder turn? If so maybe the linkage in the door fell apart to release the lock. You will probably have to remove door panel and investigate. If it is the electronic door lock than the actuator is probably bad in the door itself.
