pj8708
Our LOC forums regularly debate questions about gasoline, 87 or 91 octane. Prices, why up & down. diesel, dirty? After reading these 5 myths, do you think the answers are on the money or way off? http://autos.aol.com/photos/five-gas-myths/?icid=maing-grid10%7Chtmlws-main-bb%7Cdl7%7Csec3_lnk1%26pLid%3D123924
lenore
I believe supply and demand are the real factors overall.....Politics are also used to create huge profits when the greed factor crops up....I would love to test the drill our own and see what happens to the saudi's.....just my two cents worth. Sure I do, but none of the items mentioned were new or original which is why I commented as I did. I'll throw in my 2 cents on gas price discussion in article. Higher gas prices in US are no big deal for me and I understand the point made in article.

Cool, I did read the article somewhere else on fuel exports from US. The weak US dollar has created a boom in tech exports. Although in the articles about fuel exports, I see no mention of the weak US dollar.
