Lexus Grinding Noise When Turn

my lexus is 250 awd got grinding noise when turn left but at speed 30 to 50 mile a hours only on 90 degree angles

i bring the cars to 2 garage to check ball joint and lower ball joint and abs and brake nothing wrong with that

today i check my cars with lexus and they say bad new

the y pipes need to change beacause is touching the axes of the cars cost 3200$ wow

Why is it so expensive? Parts or the labor? I have noticed a noise from my back right wheel when I turn left as well. It didn't sound like much, but after reading this, I am a little worried.

Anyone know how I can find out if I have the same problem?

why would the pipes need to be changed? Are the hangers bad allowing them to shift? You are talking about exhaust correct:?
