Halim
Last Sunday I finished Led turn signal mirror covers. Red circle is flasher. Blue circle (Green wire with black tracer) is left turn signal output. Yellow circle (Green wire with a yellow tracer) is right turn output. You need to connect those for positive wires of L/R Led mirror cover. Halim
Flasher located next right to the interior fuse box driver side. This flasher located under the steering near the fuse box to the right side. You need to pry the plastic trim under the steering by removing 2 nuts (10mm) lower left and right ( this one hide with small plastic trim need to open by flat screw driver. There is another iron cover need to remove by 2 (10mm) screw on left and right side also. Use heavy cotton gloves, lower side of the cover is very sharp. Then you will see the flasher. Red arrow is the iron cover.

So drill your old cover almost same size of led wire at the left side.(see pics) Solder the wire connections and taped. Remove the led mirror cover 3m tape and sit on the top of old cover nice and smoothly. Install the mirror glass back by soft press with towel on the white plastic frame.(see pics)
Halim
Run wire through door cable insulator to door. Behind the glove box locate the flasher connected red wire (which already run) and run through the door cable insulator at the right with black ground wire to the door. I use a body trim bolts as a ground and works. (see pics) Remove the speaker before you run the wire to the door. It will make easy and I used a hanger for run the wire. Here you will see the ground wire and speaker.

cduluk
WOW! Thanks for posting these pictures, i don't believe anyone else has posted a "how-to" for this modification. I think i'm gonna add some LED mirrors on my RX400h, so hopefully it'll work the same way!
Halim
I hope it will work for you. Check your mirror cover before you do this. May be you have extra outer cover and it is easier. For your car you could buy led mirror cover from this side: http://www.nigel-jdmparts.com/LED-Turn-Signal-Mirror/2004-2009-RX330350400h
1990LS400
Halim, that is an absolutely excellent tutorial. Maybe you will have to do another tutorial about that Parrot phone kit you installed in your RX! ... couldn't resist saying that. Really, that was an excellent job.
