soflynn
Have any of you experienced this one? Was driving (2006 GS300 AWD) & decided to put the rear windows down to let in some fresh air. Suddenly it sounded like a helicopter had landed in my back seat! It disappeared as soon as I put up the windows. Happens every time, & I checked -- no helicopters are around ;-) It's just the darn wind noise. I can't believe a GS could have this problem. boB_2006_GS300
me too. 2006 gs300. sounds like big sub-woofers going out of control. luckily I don't need to drive with the windows down too much. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
LEXIRX330
Try tilting the sunroof up when the windows are down. I have always found if you tilt the sunroof it helps with wind noise if the windows are down....
steviej
Just air pressure in the cabin building. This is not specific to the 06 GS. crack the front windows about an inch or so and it will go away. steviej
cduluk
This was a HUGE problem in my Rx300 and is just as bad in my Rx400h... Can't lower them more than 4" when going at higher speeds... unless the front windows are down as well.
