01 Ls430 Ac Not Cold

AC was working fine, they suddenly its not cold any longer. Time to recharge with Freon? Any advice on how to do that on a 2001 LS430?

I think i see the high side port in front of the radiator but not sure where the low side is.

I don't know about the USA but in the UK it is now illegal to refill AC gases without first checking for leaks and repairing if required.

If as you describe the AC was OK then suddenly failed it could indicate a leak and refilling would result in the gas immediately escaping into the atmosphere wasting your money.

I would therefore take the car to an approved AC dealer and have it checked professionally.
