Sc400 Struts On Ls400 ?

Anyone know if the Front struts from a SC400 can be used on a LS400. I have a 1994 LS400, not sure what year the SC is.

out of curiosity, why use SC struts on an LS? Are you trying to improve handling? If so let me know how it works out. Thanks
