Does this model/mileage sound right for the price? Any common issues with this vehicle?

According to kbb, it's near the top of the range. Would be OK if it came CPO. Mileage is a touch high (5 years at 12K miles/yr = 60K miles, normally). But I am not an expert.

Im looking at an '04 as well. Similar milage, condition looks great as well, the asking is $17,000 on it.

Im wondering the same thing if there are known issues, I have heard with the RX300 has a transmission problem.
